How do I place an order?
Browse our products on the homepage or use the search bar. Click Shop Now on any product, add it to your cart, then go to Checkout. Fill in your name and phone number (or log in) and submit your order.
What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept cash on delivery and mobile money transfers. After placing your order, our team will contact you on WhatsApp to confirm payment details before shipping.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery within Mogadishu typically takes 1–3 business days. Orders outside Mogadishu may take 3–7 business days depending on location.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order on our Track Order page. Enter your Order ID (found on your order confirmation) to see real-time status updates.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel an order before it has been shipped. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp (+252 610505178) or email with your Order ID. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp with a photo of the item and your Order ID. We will arrange an exchange or refund promptly.
Do I need an account to shop?
No — you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you view your full order history, track orders easily, and enjoy faster checkout.
How do I change my password or update my profile?
Log in to your account and visit My Profile to update your name, email, or password.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We do not store credit card details on our servers. All transactions are handled through secure, encrypted connections.
Do you offer warranties on products?
Yes, most electronics come with a manufacturer warranty. Warranty details are listed on the product page. Contact us for warranty claims.

Troubleshooting Guides

I can't add items to my cart
  1. Ensure you are using a modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
  2. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then reload the page.
  3. Disable browser extensions (especially ad blockers) temporarily.
  4. Check that the item is in stock — out-of-stock items cannot be added.
  5. Try logging out and back in, then retry.
I can't log into my account
  1. Double-check your phone number format — enter digits only after +252 (e.g. 61XXXXXXX).
  2. Ensure CAPS LOCK is off when entering your password.
  3. If you registered as a guest, your account uses a temporary password — try creating a new account.
  4. Contact support via WhatsApp to reset your account.
My order isn't showing in My Orders
  1. Make sure you were logged in when you placed the order. Guest orders are not linked to accounts.
  2. Use the Track Order page with your Order ID instead.
  3. Allow a few minutes for the order to appear after placement.
  4. If still missing, contact support with your Order ID.
My payment isn't going through
  1. We currently use cash-on-delivery and mobile money — no online card payment is required at checkout.
  2. After placing your order, wait for our team to contact you via WhatsApp for payment details.
  3. If you haven't heard from us within 2 hours, message us directly on WhatsApp.
Product images are not loading
  1. Check your internet connection.
  2. Reload the page (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R).
  3. Clear browser cache.
  4. Try a different browser or device.
